These Terms and Conditions govern all use of the CrazeCasino platform and constitute a binding agreement between CrazeCasino and each registered player. By creating an account or placing any wager, players confirm they have read, understood, and accepted all provisions set out below. Eligibility

Age and Jurisdiction

All players must be aged 18 or older to register an account and participate in real-money play. CrazeCasino reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the original payment method.

Account Registration

  • Each player may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed without notice.

  • CrazeCasino reserves the right to verify identity at any stage of the player relationship.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the player’s own name. Third-party payments are not accepted under any circumstances. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at all times.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits. Where this is not possible due to method limitations, the withdrawal will be directed to a bank account held in the player’s name. Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be met:

  • Any active bonus wagering requirement must be cleared
  • The account must be in good standing with no outstanding disputes

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have promotions removed and may face account suspension.

Fair Play and Account Conduct

Players are expected to use the platform in good faith at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Use of any software that automates play or provides an unfair advantage
  • Collusion with other players in any game format
  • Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes submitted without legitimate cause
  • Any attempt to exploit software errors or technical glitches

CrazeCasino employs monitoring systems to detect irregular patterns. Any account identified as engaging in the above will be suspended pending investigation, with funds withheld pending resolution.

Privacy and Data
